It happens to the best of us dude. All you can do is wipe yourself off and try again.

That said, I've found that training yourself to turn your withdraw symptoms into things you enjoy helps. For example my common symptom is a feeling of having blue balls even though I don't; after a few attempts I started to view them as a sensation of healing and something to be proud of. This in turn made it easier to ignore the almost crippling pain that I was feeling rather than sitting around trying to fight the urge to make the pain go away.

That said, my most useful tool has been a mantra. As you may or may not know, I came to nofap because I had not been able to cum during sex for the 3 years that my wife and I have been together. I should add that she is the only woman I have ever been with so it is safe to say I had never cum during sex. I spent two of those years trying all sorts of ways to restore sensitivity in my penis, I even bought a fleshlight(talk about a waste of money). Anywaaaay, after relapsing a few times I started running mantra through my head, "I'm doing this for Marie." The constant self reminder of why I'm doing this has been extremely helpful.

Keep up the fight man. You can do it.
