So I am kind of new to nofap in a way, but at the same time I know the benefits and enlightenment it provides very well. This is my second ever attempt and today is day 112 of hardcore no PMO for me. My original goal was to just get to day 90 and then I could go crazy. But nofap taught me a lot and has made me a lot more mature (im 17). I have a completely new outlook and could not be happier. nofap has drastically improved my life and I am very greatful. My new goal is not a set number of days. My new goal is that my next orgasm will be with a girl (im still a virgin). But this is not just anyone but someone with whom I share long term mutual love, respect, and understanding. This is kind of extreme because hell a lot of people never find that person. But I am set on this goal and I beleive it is the best and purest way to happiness and fufillment. I then realized that if I am in a loving relationship and reached my goal, there wouldnt really be a need for PMO in my life any more. So it brings about the question: can it be done? Is it possible for me to never PMO for the rest of my life? It seems extreme, but theres nothing stopping me but me. Is this an unrealistic mindset? Have others considered this or done this before? My new goal is not a set number of days but rather the rest of my life. I want to continue this streak for the rest of my life. My ultimate goal is to find a serious relationship and maintain the willpower to abstain from PMO for life. Any feedback is welcome. I maybe should take things a little slower lol.
Not extreme at all. Extreme because most of the world freely indulges in casual sex?? Because having lots of indiscriminate sex is not extreme, because the mass media and society are throwing away noble conduct in mind and heart and placing hedonism on a pedestal...
