I don't know, but I think it's possible, what do you think?

Max I highly recommend you watch the one hour video called Your Brain on Porn. I'd like to hear your comments after.

As someone who is still very new to NoFap, I have been wondering about this as well. Porn, porn crush, etc. pretty much the same deal to me although at this point it was the porn crush and the mind games I was playing with myself. NoFap helped right away and is still helping everyday since I arrived. However, if you wake up one morning thinking about the beautiful girl that just moved into the house next door, and you find yourself "phallus erectus" and M, is that the same. It is after all a real live girl, not some fantasy hustler on your phone or laptop. Or, am I getting too "nitpicky." Does NoFap mean NoFap... period??

If you're not an addict, and never were, occasional fapping and fantasy seems fine. I still believe fapping can be a healthy stress reliever.
I'm not sure if I should ever go back to it though, as I'm allready an addict and it's a slippery slope. As soon as MO is used as an escape, everything will go to shit. Also, your boy 'P' will be right around the corner, waiting to join the party xD

During reboot, stay away from any M and especially with fantasizing.

  5. Hi Max. It's the wrong question. The right question is: Is it good for a porn addict to MO without P during the reboot?

The answer to that question is very easy: absolutely not.

However, once the addict has rebooted, and is no longer an active addict, I say explore who and what you want to be. Personally, I believe MO, even after the reboot, is something is dangerous because MO never happens without thinking of sex, and thinking of sex results in a dopamine spike, and the dopamine spike is what all of us here have a problem with.
