Can NoFap reverse the effects of sexual conditioning?

If the effects of sexual conditioning were porn induced, can NoFap reverse sexual conditioning caused by porn with a 90 day reboot?

It can, yes. It’s not guaranteed obviously but if you have been a severe user for multiple years, especially if you started as a young kid, it absolutely can. 90 days is the end of the beginning though, it’s the start not the end by any means.

I had some mild HOCD as a younger man that completely vanished after beginning NoFAP and meditation.
