I was reading that your brain changes a lot when you excessively masturbate like it changes the hpa axis and other things. could this get better after say a year of hard mode? im worried ive screwed up my brain and wont fix it.
I cannot say now but I guess it can be true - as far as I keep going i feel small changes going on in my brain - it is hard to explain but me personally feel like my personality is much bigger and much more visible inside the society... Idk this is my feeling so far...
Your brain is not screwed, but it could take longer for you to recover, im in the same boat. Ive read success stories of people far worse than me who made full recoveries. It doesn't cause permanent changes.
