Exactly my friend I'm also using dumb phone. It's a game changer. People here believe in "phone app blockers" but they are just half-measure.

 

Love hearing that guys are taking extreme measures like getting dumb phones. It shows real initiative in getting rid of the temptation and making a sacrifice in the interest of getting better.

 

Another thing do is get an extreme blocker on your phone to limit all apps other than GPS, Phone, Messages, and anything else vital. I then have an app that makes my phone greyscale so it looks terrible lol. Even though I can't access P on my phone, having a phone out before bed can stimulate my mind too much, so I use MO'ing as an excuse to fix my insomnia. With the grayscale phone I never check it lol.

 

Quite interesting thing is: people want you to believe switching to dumb phone is extreme.
