    hello! im on day 6 and i'm getting more and more horny. largest nofap record of mine is 45 days, but i forgot how i coped with the horniness.

    Imagine this.
    You're about to go fapping but then, something comes up and you have to get that something. You might feel more energy coursing through while doing that something. Same deal with working out. If you do push ups when you're horny, you might feed the monster that hates porn and mastrubation with thoughts that could empower your movements. It's something I do at times.
