Chaser effect?

    I just learned this but every time I’m doing nofap get better & then get with a girl I get the chaser effect & pmo & stuck in the cycle. I didn’t know it was called the chaser effect.

    How does the chaser effect work on your mind after s? How can I prevent it What can I do to manage better?

    after a time, the chaser effect get weaker and dissapere.

    I suppose hardmode. Or full abstinence for a longer period. Maybe your mind wasn't given enough time to reboot and reprogam efficiently. Most consider the reboot to just be 90days. That's just a guide.

    Chaser effect is most common in binging sessions. Kind-of difficult to explain. But a strong lingering of sexual thoughts.
