Chat Panic Room, get help in real time, when you need it

The one thing seriously missing from my NoFap experience that I have in my alcohol and drug recovery is being able to reach somebody when I need them. In AA I have a ton of friends and I just pick up the phone instead of picking up a drink. For reasons I can't go into, I can't do that here with this particular addiction. However, I do have Skype and I can reach out to my Skype friends (from here) and yell "HELP, I'm feeling squirmy and about to give in"!! And you all can do the same for me. Here's what you do -
* Get the Skype app, install it and pick a user name (similar to your name here if possible) - let others here know what it is, add me to your contacts.
* Make sure whenever you're online that Skype is open in the toolbar
* Send me a Skype message and I'll add you to my contacts (mention in your message NoFap someplace so I can know it's not spam) - or if you'd rather, private message me your Skype handle?
* And most importantly, when you're about to fail, DON'T - instead, open a conversation on Skype with me or somebody else from here - start a chat and interrupt the flow of the temptation.

I promise you that if I'm online on my home laptop, I'm available to you if you need me. Part of recovery is just interrupting the relentless regularity of the fapping routines - creating interference both by asking for help and giving others help. In fact in AA, nothing keeps you sober like helping another alcoholic. Let me hear from you.
