So tomorrow is Monday and I will be completing my first week. I'm happy about it but I know there is a lot of days left until I reach my goal. This past week has been okay not too much temptation to relapse which is good, but that's mainly because I've been so preoccupied with school work. I've noticed that I've been eating a lot more which I wonder if is because of all the stress of school and trying to destroy porn for good at the same time. But the way I've been dealing is by writing my daily tasks out and checking them off every day. This helps me maximize my time doing things I need to do, instead of just being bored and not doing much which has usually leads me to watch porn. Its worked this week and I hope it continues to work for me. According to a lot of books the first 10 to 15 days are the hardest, I'm just trying to get past that part right now.
