Cold hands and Anxiety because of the PMO

Hello my name is Jorge I am 23 years old

I have masturbated since I was 13 and I have seen pornography since that age, but at the age of 17 I started to develop an addiction. So I masturbated every day and saw pornography almost every day.

I am a young Christian so pornography and masturbation struggle with the convictions that the Word of God teaches me.

Every time I have tried to leave the PMO I start to experience anxiety and a lot of coldness in my hands and that is what has caused me to fall again. I developed a lot of anxiety so much anxiety that I had to attend the doctor because of the anxiety and I was prescribed Escitalopram 10mg because of the anxiety. The medicine has helped me with anxiety.

Since the month of March 2019 I am struggling with the PMO, the first time lasts 25 days but relapse, then lasts 8 days and relays, after 3 days I returned to relapse, and now I am on my 16th day again. But the anxiety is baffling and sometimes I worry too much, because I feel very cold in my hands, as if I was in a very cold place when the weather is really nice.

Someone else has experienced these things like anxiety, cold hands, sometimes confused, clouded thoughts. This I did not experience before, but since I started trying to leave the PMO, when I did it also made me anxious but it was because I felt bad when I fell again.
