Cold Shower questions

    I've finally embraced these and have turned the shower on cold the past 3 or 4 days. I find it's terribly uncomfortable of course at first and then invigorating. It also gives me an initial burst of energy but then pretty soon after the shower, I feel very tired. Something about them feel great and I think I'll continue but have some questions...

    (1) Do people that have done cold showers for awhile have the shower on cold the entire time or just 3 or 4 minutes or?

    (2) Do other people find that these make them tired? I almost feel like I've been hit with a tranquilizer soon after.

    I often end my shower with a cold shower. It feels better than walking out with the steamy feeling that follows after a regular shower.
    Of course you can feel tired, but I wouldnt think too much of it if I were you. Something that might help is not to jawn afterwards, that always helped me. Just surpress the jawn that pops up
