Your mind has been contaminated due to all the P you have been watching. It comes to the point where nothing is stimulating you anymore (except more aggressive, extreme stuff). Trust me, you don't want to indulge to the more extreme stuff. Your brain and body need a reset. Depending on the severity of your addiction, it can take weeks, months, or even years to recover. Stopping with PMO will benefit you. It will take a long time, and it will be the hardest thing you've ever done. Though, it will benefit you for the rest of your life. Look at the success stories, it will motivate you on your journey. Good luck.

Be a man about it and start nofap. You cant change it cause you f***ed up your brain and it will take time. I am sure that if you stop fapping for 1 month you will definitely get hard and will have urges

I would love not to have any urges. I know, however, that this is the energy that can be transformed into a lot of good deeds, it's a double-sided sword. So, don't worry!

How do you M without a boner?

Ok so there’s your answer. If you want your equipment to work, stop flogging the dolphin.

Do you need help with ideas on how to do that?

First plan your recovery. Don’t just say “I’m not going to do that anymore.” You need a system. What are you going to do when you really want to use? Decide now, so you don’t have to decide later, when you aren’t as enthusiastic about your sobriety.

Anticipate discomfort. If you know you’re going to be miserable, you’re less likely to fold when you experience it.

Replace the missing dopamine by engaging in variety of positive activities. I recommend daily exercise, but that’s just one thing, there are others to do like cleaning, study, or work.

Occupy your mind. Have something to think about instead of P. Some people have used the “don’t think about an elephant” example of how impossible it is to avoid thinking about something you know you shouldn’t think about. In reality, not thinking about an elephant is easy: just think of a zebra. Or a bear, or the Eiffel Tower, or the nature of grief. You can’t clear an empty space in your head where an elephant, or P, should not be, but you can fill the space in your head that P used to occupy, with something better. What you choose is up to you, just not P.

Journal every day. It keeps you invested in the journey, and gives an opportunity to document what you have done, how you feel, what your triggers are, and how you plan to avoid the next reset.

Wear clothes to bed. A t-shirt and pj pants. Drastically reduces the urge when you’re going to sleep & waking up. Doesn’t erase it, but does reduce.

Eventually, figure out what need P is filling in your life, so you can find a better way to meet that need. I used it for mentally escaping from situations that were “too hard” to deal with. You might use it for the same thing, or something else. You have to figure it out, and articulate it to yourself in a way that makes sense to you. That way you can not just stay away from P, but find a way to set up your life so you no longer feel like you want it.

Why stressed? What would you want to do with those urges and erections if you had them right now? Wouldn't you be preoccupied finding new kinds of pornographies to fap it off? Sorry I am so blunt, but that's what I would do. Think of it as a blessing. I wish I had no urges and erections. Every time I go for massage, I am so worried that I might get an erection!

Have you read a book about the effects of PMO and recovery? If not, this is a great first step. Also check out my Continuous Journal in my profile under posts if you want a lot of good ideas.

I'm questioning myself daily how in the world did we as humanity get to the point where p is so easily accessible and millions of people are suffering because of its extreme availability and addictive nature...

Its due to the recent advancement of technology and the popular dismissal of old wisdom. This is the first time humanity has dealt with easy constant instant access to porn so widespread that popular opinion says there’s nothing wrong with it and even thinks it has health benefits.
