My foreskin has gotten significantly tighter ever since I stopped masturbating. I know that my streak is kind of low, but I've been on NoFap for almost a year with lots of relapses now and then, but since I've stopped stretching it as much during masturbation, it's gotten tighter. What should I do, go to the doctor? Is this a problem for others?
