Congratulations to the guys who made the best new years resolution of 2016

Wow thanks a lot @seth. This post really means a lot man! With today being day 90 i feel amazing and so proud and happy for all the support everyone and especially you have given me the last 3 months. Im eternally grateful for you man.

We all have made a very big choice and desicion that many men look down upon, but we know the truth and how bad PMO is for us. Im so freaking glad i found this forum and its legit given me a second chance at life.

I was a depressed skinny loser with no confidence watching porn and fapping all day. Just 90 days later im confident, strong and can take on just about anything. My confidence with girls is thru the roof. I cant believe im the same person. Its been rough but there is so much light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks seth and all on here. Youre all true warriors and good friend. Heres to the next 90 days and beyond!

 

Aw Seth man such a nice post!! Am just back from a week away - was fun - but am battered now! Skiing and burning the candle a bit!! Didn't get lucky but that's ok for time being. I'm biding my time cos I'm still getting my head around the Tao thing. Couldn't train while I was away cos sharing accommodation.
Can't believe we've done the 90 days - CONGRATULATONS BOYS! We should be proud of oursleves I know I am.
Made me laugh what you said about me dancing! Ye I go salsa and ballroom - just started again after a few years break. It's nice to interact with women - and there's always the chance of meeting someone special!? You got to put yourself out there!! And I'm not too keen on Internet dating.
Any way @seth and @Crispy21 well done - proud of you guys!!

I made the same resolution. I binged on December 31, 2015. I lasted about two weeks. I found NoFap and went for almost two months. Now another relapse after about a week and a half.

I am going to eventually join you in the at least 90 day club. When I become a member, I hope to see you joining the 180 day club.

I feel incredibly blessed to have finally learned the truth about PMO. NoFap has changed my life and I never want to go back again! You guys are feeling it too. I can tell.
