Conquering my addiction

    Now I completed almost 8 days of Nofap and I did something called Edging so it actually helped me somewhere to get control over masturbation but one fine day I got high urges and relapsed. I have begun my Nofap again and sometimes I feel doing masturbation is harmless so I relapse more often and I think that I can do masturbation but only if it does not get excessive. So what should I do? Please tell me

    M is harmless in a vacuum. The problem is if you are addicted to M or PMO 99 times out of 100 it will lead to escalation even if in the beginning you tell yourself you will only do it X times per week.

    Hard mode is the easiest mode for me. No sexual activity so no sexual thoughts and a clean mind. All other modes gave me trouble and resulted in the end in P. However, I've seen guys do it, so it is possible.

    Nofap = no masturbation and no edging. This is the only way it works.
