could anyone do it from the first time

    i was watching porn for 10 years !! can i get rid of this habit from the first time!!! without relapsing! did anyone do it?? or it's impossible?

    It might be possible depending on how good you are! But I'd say relapsing is very normal. I had some very successful streaks the first time (3-4 weeks I believe) and those really helped me realise what was possible down the line when things got hard and I had to try again after relapsing.
