Courage, Compassion, and Connection

I've been really enjoying the book mentioned in the clip below and I really like what this person has to say. Plus I've heard talk on the forums here and there of needing to get to root causes and I couldn't agree more as Thoreau once said (in one of my favourite ever quotes!)... "There are a thousand hacking at the branches to one who is striking at the root."
