Try it, it works for a while. So work one hour per day on changing the way you think. The key is to have your heart and mind clean before it stops working.
Software can be a help, but the real issue is in the heart, as @timcia says. But my all means, use every tool at your disposal to help create the space inwardly that you need to give freedom a chance to flourish. If we let PMO choke out all hope and light in our hearts, we will never grow. We need to commit to no P and no MO, no matter what, to let the light have a fighting chance. Accountability software and a team of APs can definitely be a very effective part of that battle.
