Hi I'm in progress of quitting CP. But as always, those images and videos are triggering in my mind. Asking me to re-download them. What should I do? How I can get the rid of appearing them in my mind?
First, you should get rid of your stash, all of it. Then throw out tor and all access to that kind of network. Then I think it’s like any addiction, you fight it.
