Feel like i'm going to throw my computer out of my window. Everytime I play videogames, watching a movie on tv or simply use computer to work I start to feel tired under my eyes after 1 hour, and does not matter if I make a pause or not, this wouldn't change anything! I think I'm too much sensitive to these screens. The worst part is the successive days, when I wake up, I feel more tired than the day before under my eyes, then eventually get better after a few hours.
I'm mad about it and I think i'm going to stop play during the week (except weekend, but some limits like 1-2 hours max) or anything. The other problem is that I see other people stay on computer all day for work, watching netflix for hours and hours without pause or play videogames for 6-7 hours and they don't get this problem, this is damnly unfair! And tomorrow I have to go to gym and I have to wake up at 6am, and I will feel so tired!
Ps. I've already put the dark mode, Everything in this computer is in dark mode.

Do you get dark circles too?

Dark circles in general could be a sign of stress or lack of nutritions. Check if you have any other body signs that require to check up a doctor.

Also make sure you sleep enough. Drink enough of water to avoid dehydration.

Using computers for PMO users could be challenging by time. I myself struggling with fatigue when using it for like 3 hours despite I take break, reducing blue like, taking care of posture and even wearing glasses. As some point I feel my whole body can't keep up and can' concentrate anymore. With huge body fatigue and back aches.

I remember this got better after like a year of noPMO. But after a relapse things got bad again.

Normally i feel good, but using computer make me sick. I do a lot of sport and eat well even if now I have to be vegan due to pollen allergies. Dark circles are just in the lower part and are almost invisible but when i use computer I start to feel bad after 50 minutes. Yesterday i didn’t used it and today I was much better.

  4. I also have problems with being in front a comptuer too long. Luckiliy I do not work with computers, but if I use a computer for too long I tend to get headaches and in general feel like crap though I do not get dark eyes.

I think it has to do with the fact that I am probably also addicted to some degree to computer games, which is why I am also staying away from them. Hopefully this will fix itself when I am recovered from PMO.

You might want to think about cutting it out while in recovery from PMO (which I assume you are due to posting on this forum).

I almost play only Fallout New Vegas, the funny thing is everytime I stop playing it I start t feel urges about watching porn. Always. It isn't an exceptions, many games gave me that sensation. I think is some kind of brain-dopamine problem, I think games just hook your brain, this is the reason why many people that play games are also porn addicts.

So we have two problems here, playing games make my eyes tired as fuck and playing games give me the urge to watch porn. I'm not a sleeper and I took the decision to left videogames during the week. In the last day I used my laptop for writing, but I didn't play. If I have to be honest the decision to play videogames only in week end was on since the first of january, but I peaked because I was bored to read, do gym and write...but now I have more consciousness about that. I didn't played since the day I posted this thread and i was feeling kinda good. Today I played and I feeled the same shit of before. Btw I didn't relapsed (more than 50 days but don't know exactly how many days) or something, just I feel shit.

I also have struggled with dark circles for quite some time. I have been using CeraVe Eye Repair cream, and it has really made a difference in lightening the darkness. I think it depends on if the redness is due to thin skin/blood vessels or due to genetics. If it is due to genetics, I don't think much can help with that unfortunately.

You need to drink enough, eat right, and get enough sleep. As for me, I also need to eat a lot of fruit to not have those dark circles under my eyes

I got the blue light glasses too, btw i solved the situation by stop playing videogames and waste time...all your suggestions are welcome but I already do what you are saying: eating well, sleep well, ecc..but the problem it seem to be computer light itself and nothing else! Now I just try not playing videogames during the week except for week end, and it work well.

Very nice you got your way working.
I would also suggest to search the web on practices and habits or whatever to make your eyes stronger/less week.

I think at this point my problems with tech are chronic, since it happen everytime, even if I use the rule to not play videogames in week (Now i completly deleted them, so I can't play them, last time i've played 2 weeks ago). I feel a bit better. I write a lot but on paper, because I experimented the same problem of videogames If I write on computer, even if it is a laptop and I can relax on couch. The only way seem to be write on paper and then re-write everything on computer.
