PMO may cause: -indigestion -low energy levels -back pain -dark circles under the eyes -feelings of guilt/shame -higher susceptibility to other addictions -poor memory -decreased power in weightlifting These are some reasons to quit, eventhough I do not have scientific evidence for these claims. Some activities to keep myself preoccupied: -ps3 with the bros (fifa15, mortal kombat, crysis3) -go to my friends garage and fix cars after work -workout at my home gym -draw/make art -visit my mom -hang out with my younger brother -go watch stand up at the comedy club
