Day 10. Making some progress.

It's been 10 days I have not watched any adult content, not even anything remotely related to that. Hard mode no pmo, to put it into nofap jargon.
I'm really happy about that. Although I was not very happy these last couple 3 days because I entered into a flatline and had no motivation. But today I'm feeling better. Don't know if I'm still in the flatline, just that today I laughed more.
I know I'm only at the beginning stages, at the first milestone if you will, but what helped me reach 10 days was getting a dumbphone and disabling the internet after 8pm on my PC.

Grande el que estés acá, está. En una edad crucial, en mi vida a tu edad ya no quise seguir soltero, simplemente me decidí a formar una familia y 10 años , y bueno luchando con la adicción a la pmo, grande esos 10 días , espero que estés haciendo tu propio camino.....
