Day 10 update

Quick update,

I had a great night out in the city with friends and my confidence was high for the first time in a while yesterday! Felt amazing.
Today however, I feel a flatline feeling and I’ve been very much down and in the dumps all day. It’s very interesting to me how yesterday I was very high in happy/confidence and today it’s like I struggle to do anything.
i guess my brain has no equilibrium yet. It will be up and down up and down until it figures out a middle ground.
im a bit worried about the flatline period lasting longer this time tho, cause this sucks
