Day 100..still flatline? No libido/urges whatsoever

I'm not where you are at (26 days) but from what I've read this can last 6months or any amount longer. I started using internet porn at a young age 12ish so for people that did the same this can make the flatline take longer. I'm guessing it is normal what you are going through. For me, I am partially flatlined/generally unmovited and lazy (likely from dopamine detox) but I have had sex thrice (2 O's) and it seemed better. Stay strong comrade.

 

Yes. Depending on how long your addiction was it may take a lot more than 100 days to heal. It might make you feel better to know I haven't watched Porn in over a year. Just has a 79 day streak. Had sex with my girl today, because I felt like I needed it. I orgasmed and tonight I feel no sexual urges whatsoever. It's just a matter of letting time heal you.

 

Hey man do you feel shit as well? Like i feel really rebooting but it is nasty like someone removed dopamine from my body, it feels like i have intermittent fasted for 10 weeks from caffeine food and internet but i did not. it feels like that during flatline do you have the same?

 

When things are tough I always think "Embrace the suck".

I feel super low energy mode. Sleeping soo much. I just intermittent fasted 26 hours because I slept until 2pm lol

 

Not to scare you but some " Flatlines " can be long. In my case, 51 months and counting.

 

I've read your thread well. I'm the same age as you and I'm also very interested in your condition as I've discovered similarities with you, such as exercising more than 4 times a week at the start of abstinence. I'm on day 48 and I'm feeling really no libido. I expect a rough guess too if you recover! Cheer up!

 

Do you have regular and proper lifestyle habits, like exercising or meditation, other than not watching pornography? Or did you just stop watching pornography? I'm curious
