Today is day 17 and I have this pounding headache. It almost attacks me like migraines. My vision is also slightly bleary. I suppose all these are just changes to my healing system.

If you d If you do ever relapse don't take it negatively. Don't start feeling all depressed. Rise, shake yourself up, and do it again.
