I'm starting over again because I relapsed after a week of trying to rid myself of this terrible thing called PIED. I hear a lot of different theories of how long it might take and was wondering what you guys might think for my personal reboot. I'm 21 years old and for the past year or so I was unable to maintain an erection with my sexual partners. Like most of us here I was corrupted by porn at a young age and in my prime I would masterbait up to 3 times a day. I have been having sex since I was 17 and never had a problem until about a year ago. If anybody wants to wager an educated guess as to how long it may take please let me know. Also, although I occasionally smoked ciggarettes before my nofap journey, I find myself smoking a lot more to deter myself from jerking it, is this an advisable technique or should I advoid it, im oviosbly aware of the dangers of smoking but is there any nofap reboot related things I should be aware of in terms of smoking.
