    It’s day 2 and it’s been going good I haven’t thought about or looked at anything

    I cleared a lot of things from my Instagram and safari history, so I don’t have any reason to think about it or be distracted when I’m using them.


    I’ve realised My brain created a pathway to it when I was bored or alone, I would just look at sites.

    I was filling a void in my life wasting all that time in the past


    Looking back I spent money and I got into the rush of watching something

    But Didn’t watch them again and moved onto something else

    I was looking for the new rush


    I’ve never realise but my poor concentration/ stress/ anxiety is because of porn and that hurt me a lot in life

    I want to develop better self discipline and more will power too.

    It got worse because I was denying it to myself it’s a problem


    I don’t think I have an Addictive personality, compared to others.

    I know I can make it a few days without going first and even more.


    I’ve been reading and watching videos about it and I’ve written some tips on how to tackle addiction below that could be helpful to others:


    Celebrate your success look back and be proud of yourself


    Take one step at a time and don’t be too hard on yourself- it’s a long process


    Fill the void in other ways in life like exercise


    Think about pursuing your other hobbies more


    Think of Short and long term implications


    Break an addictive cycle


    Stay busy and Do exercise yoga and meditate more

    Eat a healthy diet

    First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

    If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
    The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
    Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
    No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.
    If you experience ''flatline'' and low libido , resist.

    An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
    The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist
    wise decision
