    not facing much problems , feeling a kind of thing like soming would blow away from my body , i do felt the urge today a lot of times but i am on NoFap :)
    happy to say that i m on day 4 its sometimes seems impoosible but i m making it happen just becoz of u guys :)thanks a ton everybody in forum

    urges havestopped now but i still feel that there is lot of doubt in mind , i want to get in touch with my real self
    hope that happens i m gonnaa stay on NoFap lifelong :) lets see not sure but try too
