Day 43, sudden urges

Hey everyone
I started nofap on January 1st (I´ll be halfway through the 90 daay challenge on Valentines Day!), and haven´t hat much problems until now.
However, since yesterday evening, a porn image appeared in my head and stayed there until now. I won´t give much details (for obv reasons), but let´s just say it´s a 2d hentai image with two irregular and maybe disturbing fetishes (those not being rape/blood).

I feel sudden urges kicking in, and I try to avoid them. I went to jog for 20 minutes, ate dinenr and showered, however I still feel some urge. Any advice?
