Just like the title says, life is still tough. Currently I have much more negatives than positives. Things like extreme social nervousness, stress, general anxiety, dead dick, easily angered/irritated, brain fog and a short memory. The only positives so far is a continually growing self confidence and finally feeling like I know myself. That, and the fact that I can really be in the moment and enjoy the little things about that moment (at certain times).
Although there are all these negative aspects about this reboot, I still am forging ahead to the end of my 90 challenge and beyond. Also, those three positives I listed are incredibly amazing and important in themselves that that alone makes me want to continue the reboot. These three things allow me to handle everything coming towards me, one way or another. So although the climb up the mountain is hard and can become tougher the higher you go, it seems like you find some gear along the way to help you reach the top of the mountain.
Stay safe and stay clean out there everyone.

  2. Good job on 50 days! I hope to make it there myself one day. Now I'm sure you've heard this all the time but I've found it's only bad if you tell yourself it's bad. Every once in a while, you'll experience a negative. This feeling is insignificant, and worthless. You shouldn't give it power over you, just forget about it. And remember, porn was created so we couldn't realize our full potential, this is but a small taste of the benefits of a life without porn. Here's to your 90 days and beyond! Ace out.

I believe that complete control over no porn use and severe limiting of m'ing can take 1-2 years to get over all the emotional ups and downs , gaining stability. Depends on the person,I guess.
