Hello everyone. .. Today is my day 6....i want to complete 90days challenge. . .. Iam a severe addict ... .because of 7years of watching pron and doing masturbation. .. .i am studying very well before doing this. ... I scored first rank in my class in every standard.. .because of this method I have no concentration on my studies. I lose my rank. .. Now I am average score student.. .. .my parents was very innocent I make folls them.. .I really like to quit pron. .. I relapse many times.. .my brain fog was developed peak. .i did not control it.. Now very struggle on my studies. .. .pls support me to quit pron
