Yesterday Due to late sleep in night...wakeup late in morning

10am to 12pm
Do god worship

12pm to 1:30pm
In hospital because doctor call my father

1:30pm to 5pm
Lunch + little study + sleep

5pm to 11pm
Celebrating parent anniversery

then gone for sleep(mistake before going to sleep i use mobile for 30min in bed)

Yesterday I didn't get any urges
