Day 9 hard mode

  1. I'm amazed that i have made it to 9 days of no porn or masturbation. I was always trying to quit just porn without quitting masturbating at the same time. Eventually i decided i had enough. I started jogging, and taking cold showers and consistently meditating. Things i can report is more energy, more motovation, more vivid dreams, less fear and paranoia. I know im still in the early stages of reboot, but something is different about this time. In the past i would have given up like a little pansy. But im tired of it, and i want my life back and i want my mind back. I have been reading the success stories and gathering information about the benefits of quitting porn and retaining semen. I just reached a point where continuing to do it was just as uncomfortable as quitting. I was depressed as shit and hated myself. I started to feel like a pervert and a creep with all the porn i was watching. As i am seeing the benefits it gives me more motivation to keep going. I know there is nothing good in porn or masturbation.
     
  2. Man, so good to hear. I am super proud of you. You sound confident and for real, I like this.

    Keep going knowing that every time you resist the urge, at the end of every day, even every thought you push out of your min, we are right there with you. It has to be this way. This recovery is done together. When you win, we all win and stand tall. When you slip, we feel it in our bones. So keep us there with you.

    Let me know if your going downhill and I will reach out and pick you back up. Leaving you behind is no longer an option. You enlisted as soon as you loaded this web page. Your strength is my strength is our strength.

    Awesome Azmotivated. We are all fighting the same battle so its great for you to share your journey with us.

    Just be vigilante about the flatline or withdrawal symptoms. It depends a lot on how you M and how long you have been an addict. It can hit without warning. Make sure you have a plan and support network established to get you through it.
