    I am a married guy of 37 with two amazing kids, I have been watching online porn since the arrival of the net. It's only now I have realised I'm an addict. I am so fed up with thinking about clearing history on shared laptops, iPhones and iPads in case they see what I have been looking at. So fed up with going to the toilet for a quick one on my phone, and staying up watching porn rather than going to bed with my wonderful wife. I'm going for the full 90 day reboot and then I will never look at Internet porn again !!

    Good job buddy. I have done weeks at a time without PMO, but now I am going to try and complete this whole month. Let's stay strong brother! Life is too short for this brain poison.

    Great job and keep it up. Get back to loving your wife and getting into her. She will really appreciate the attention. Excellent that you are giving up this terrible habit and getting back to life. I hated it as well, always worrying I was going to get caught, couldn't wait for days I would be alone or go on a trip. Sad, so sad it was! Stay strong!
