Depressed and in need to relapse

You have mood swings.. Normal I know how you feel but falpping just make you more depressed the next day.

 

I recommend not to masturbate or look at porn but let the urges and feelings subside....cause I was depressed from day 1 til Day 8 and decided to masturbate and the feeling of depression was worst, so netherworld no point to relapse.

 

Hang in there Man up. Don't relapse.

 

Yeah oddly, my urge also just passed after being on my mind for a while. Idk where it went, but I'm not missing it. I haven't had any major urges in a long time, they can come back even after months and years.

 

Glad you made it! But next time you feel that way have a plan to deal with it. In my case I find it helpful to get out of my apt and walk around my complex, if you can't do that then surround yourself with people, or get on this forum and post, and reply to posts. It really helps a lot.
