All, I am new to this and I am looking for individuals who are serious and determined to overcome this habit and take back control of their mind body and souls. I am 32 from England and I am willing to create a WhatsApp group or use any other app. I understand accountability only works if you are disciplined, no other being can change something for you unless you are willing to change.
