Determined to succeed

I gave in lastnight for more than one reason, and i am upset with myself. Although im not going to beat up on myself too harsh because i met my first goal with success! It was only 7 days and i made it 9 but i still got it. I want to break down why i gave in so i can do better next time and make my new 30 day goal.


1. I set the bar too high for my second goal. Being pretty excited for making my first goal, i went ahead and set a 90 day counter after. Which is great because it shows i do want to go big but i need to set a more attainable goal formyself at this momment.

2. I didnt eat when i got home. Sounds small but it all adds up, i didnt eat which leads to me being grumpy, which leads to unhappy,bored, lonely, etc. I need to keep myself fueled so my mind is capable of fighting off urges.

3. Because of 2. I became stagnent and did not keep myself busy. I have to get some things going to keep my mind active and progressive.

4. I nees to set a good filter. Any suggestions?

5. I just simply gave in. It all comes down to me, i take responsibility for my actions and will not blamemy circumstance. I gave in and it will not happen that easy next time.


All in all i want to learn from this and do better this time. I will meet my second goal. 30 day! Hope this can help other to see reasons people give in and add some insight into how to do better. Please help with some advice/tips if you have the time. I am a fighter and will not give up on my progress. I will not get knocked down so easy next time.

Also things that have helped; cold showers, trying new things, staying busy, and getting out of the house as much a possible.
