Diagnosis for Soft Glans / Cold Glans / Soft Head / Cold Head ?

The glans consists of both the head of the penis, and also the underside middle of the penis from head to shaft (the body and root - please see attached diagram). It somewhat resembles an individual sperm. So when I speak of the "glans" being soft, I'm not only referring to the head of the penis, but also the underside center of the penis. Somebody who has a soft glans may notice that the bottom center of their penis is "flatter" than typical, indicating that not as much blood is traveling to the head.

That being said, I have been experiencing erections where the head of the penis / glans remains relatively flaccid during erection. The shaft (left and right side of the penis) is hard and normal during erection, but the head of the penis / glans remain relatively flaccid. During climax, the head of the penis / glans will fill as normal, but quickly drain after climax. Even with morning erections the head of the penis / glans remain flaccid.

In a normal resting state (working, reading, watching tv, etc) the head of the penis / glans is very noticeably colder than the rest of the penis.

Has anybody else experienced this but is no longer experiencing it? If so, what can you share about your recovery?

Has anybody ever had this an received a definitive diagnosis of the cause? Whereas many users on here will speculate about the cause which I appreciate, I'm looking for people who have had a definitive diagnosis as to the cause of this issue.
