    yeah im on 4 day streak i started working out 3 days ago and i am holding good but i didnt go to workout today i couldnt relase my energy and i started to have urges and kinda peek into some naked women and some blowjob videos on reddit i didnt m but i dont know if its a reset? can anyone help?

    and one more question is resetting or relapsing is a big part of healing or just a bad thing that takes your progress days behind?
