I noticed today that since I have started battling PMO addiction (and made progress it has to be said) I have at the same time started PC gaming and binge TV watching more (alone) and also eating more junk food.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar effects since starting to fight PMO? It is as if a sort of replacement mechanism has swooped in - like dropping the porn/masturbation itself doesn't fix the root problem as other things rush in to fill the space it was taking in your life - does it show I was using porn as a cover up for loneliness/problem avoidance/to avoid real life?!
If you have any thoughts/ideas from your own experience I would love to hear from you, thanks.
