Did you ever recover from your physical fapping injury?

Good news:

PAWS symptoms seemed to have dissipated (for now). Thank god!

Bad news:

I clearly have injured myself. When I need to urinate, my package gets sore. It feels like my urine is diverted from the urethra into another vein and triggers soreness. This leads to unproductive urination. Getting erections seems to exacerbate the problem.

So my question is...

If you've ever had a physical fapping injury, did you ever recover?

I've seen a urologist but need to see a different one. I'm afraid I'm either going to need surgery or that I'm damaged goods...
