I've been vegan for the last 3 years.

About 70% carbs, 15% fat, and 15% protein. Eating about 3000 cal. per day to maintain BW.
Lots of veg and beans, a little less fruit and grains and as many nuts and seeds as I want.

Sitting at 160 LBS BW and 15% BF, have been as low as 10% and high as 20% wether on a cut or a bulk on this diet.

If anyone has any questions about being vegan let me know!

    Yeah.
I have been vegan ish for like maybe 3 years as well.

You said your were 160 lbs and eat 3000 calories to maintain does that mean you workout a lot. I am not really studied bodybuilding and know much about calorie deficit and energy calorie and etc.

    Do you eat tofu?

A sneek preview into your diet for a week would probably be more beneficial to me.
Not your workout plan as I do not have one.

I workout about 5 times a week, 3000 is for not gaining anything but to gain i just add 200-300 calories to my day.
I do eat tofu, not a ton but I like it as an egg replacement in a breakfast burrito. Maybe one block a week.
    Examples-
I eat oats, smoothies, and PBandJ sandwiches for breakfast.
I eat bean burritos, soups, stews for lunch.
I eat chili and curry soup and pasta for dinner.
I obviously eat a lot more variety than this, these are just examples.

Dude, I am super confused about you being 160 lbs and eating 3000 calories.
In the past when I was working out like 3 days a week with weights and doing 6 days a week with cardio I was never eating that much. Probably still around 2000 calories.
Was I doing something wrong. I was lean enough and muscle building.
I have not got experience with this kind of stuff.

OK, I looked at some 160lb dudes they look pretty ripped. I guess it depends on how hard they train.

Ok, I imagine you are ripped so it makes more sense.
