    Hi there again.

    I am on ~280 days of nofap and begun to struggle with sexual crisis? I don't know what to call it. But anyways, this is more a philosophical thread so there is no right or wrong. However I am interested in your opinions.

    Why we find some people cute and others sexy (sexual attractive for us) and is there any difference?

    I found one guy cute and I am male and heterosexual. Thereafter an panic attack came up to me because I thought I was secretly homosexual all the time. The reason I got afraid was because how other people gonna treat me if I am gay. I googled it up very fast and the most resembling symptom is an symptom from H-OCD (OCD sexual identity crisis) but I think that's withdrawals from porn. I think my brain is trying to make me think that I am gay and to prove that I am not, I gonna need to watch porn or something similar.

    That is always the end of reasoning. Don't give in to those rationalizations. They are common in long streaks, and they're a lie. It's a trick your brain plays on you to make you watch porn.

    It's not a problem to find another guy cute if you come from a place of safety. You know yourself, you know what you are. If you feel like experimenting, there are ways to know if you are gay. Gayness is more a question of identity than what you really do with your sexuality.

    Sometimes people change. Maybe you will turn out to be gay and if so that's totally fine. No need to beat yourself up or try to artificially change try to change it.
