Do dreams make it harder to stop pmo?

So lately I've been having dreams involving sexuality, and strangely, while I'm trying to abstain from pmo in real life, in my dreams I become this whole other person. It's like I actively seek out sex in my dreams, maybe to counteract my conscious actions during the day.

Do you guys find this happening to you? I've often found that when I have sexual encounters in my dreams, it makes me want to act them out when I wake up. It's like I'm primed for a sexual mood and it makes it so much harder to not think about pmo!
