    Hi,

I know what a wet dream is and that's totally Ok to have one. sometimes ( e.g. last night ) I had a wet dream aftet just 10 days of NoFap forever ! But what makes me think it was a relapse is that I had a sexual nightmare ( explicit sex ) and as a result a wet dream ! I'm not sure if i was fully asleep or half awake. I guess I was half awake but the ejaculation was not on purpose for sure! I think the very same thing happened twice last night while i was sleeping! Do you think it's healthy?
Do you see that as a relapse? Knowing the fact that it was out of my control & unwilling and right now I still have urges ( after masturbation urges disappear for a short time )

No. Wet dreams are named so not just because of the wet part- but also because of the dream part. While you can get a wet dream without having a PMO or S related dream, many dreams are a direct result of having a PMO or S related dream.
You say you weren't sure whether or not you were completely unconscious- you may have had a semi-lucid wet dream (related to hypnagogia, you can look it up). It's alright, I also had a couple of those during my first few weeks. You're not in control of yourself and it's not a relapse.
Having said that, you should try to control your thoughts throughout the day. PMO and S related dreams (whether they're wet or not, but still may cause urges) are often caused by fantasizing during the day, or dwelling on random PMO-related thoughts. You should learn to push away those thoughts. It's hard at first, but with time, it becomes almost natural.

Yeah, I kind of know how to push those f*s away. What is surprising me is that I didn't have any S related thoughts last day but still the wet dream. I think the same, that's completely natural to become wet and have a dream while asleep. I totally agree with you.

NOPE NOPE NOPE. Never count a wet dream as relapse. Never. It is a sign of progress, sign that your body is getting the extra amount of semen out of your body in more natural and healthy ways.

Can't agree more! That makes a lot of sense.
