Do people go back to there old habits after there reboot?

    Ok, so just wondering when people stop fapping for 90 days or whatever there challenge is to complete there reboot, do people go back to them normal selves and constantly PMO? or do they learn how to control themselves and say PMO like once every week or something?

    Haven't reached this point yet, but it's a form of discipline that you need to teach yourself within this period of time. When you are done with the challenge you will probably keep on staying porn free. Masturbation and "sex" are natural, porn is not. I want to get through this and be able to masturbate without porn. Porn is a big part of my (sexual) problems and knowing I don't need it makes me feel more comfortable.

    Just compare porn to heroin. You are trying to stop and you want to try it again? Would you do it with the chance you get back to square one?
