    Guys i have been failing and trying NoFap for since 2 months, & only once my mock exam grade improved by 300% bt den again it came back to normal. Was dat NoFap or just luck, does anyone else had improvement in grades after doing NoFap???

    NoFap doesn't improve your grades, but you and only you do. NoFap gives you the power and motivation to do so.

    I am 100% sure that it does bro. And that comes from a personal experience.
    Fapping makes you sleep deep but not gain the mental benifits of sleeping.
    After being on nofap for at least a month you will be able to concentrate more and you will have a better memory and also more time and motivation to study.
