Do withdrawals begin sooner or later the more addicted you are to PMO

So far ive been on a 9 day streak and I feel not much different, I have a 18 month hardmode streak under my belt but broke it last year due to stress I was edging for 6-8 months 1-4 days a week but NO porn. It brought my brain fog back. I had small boost in clarity the first 2 days then my brain fog came back.

Only thing is my sleep has not been as sound since starting.

Any insight on the withdrawal process and recovery time for someone with my case.
