Does an inattentive fumble count as a relapse?

    Hi. I'm on Day 34, and was absentmindedly fumbling down there whilst studying. It was in a non sexual way and wasn't even realising I was doing it. I guess it's like when you stroke a beard (if you have one) or twiddle your thumbs. I began to get hard, I realised and stopped.

    I just wondered if this counts a relapse? As I've been doing so well!
